Invertebrate animals do not have a skeleton. Some protect their bodies with a shell (concha o caparazón) or an exoskeleton (exoesqueleto o esqueleto externo). There are a lot of different types of invertebrates. They live in water and on land.
Jellyfish are transparent and live in the sea. (Las medusas son transparentes y viven en el mar).
Snails have a shell to protect them. (Los caracoles tienen caparazón para protegerse).
Spiders have eight legs. (Las arañas tienen ocho patas).
Worms are long and soft. (Los gusanos tienen el cuerpo largo y blando)
Insects , like bees, have six legs, antennae and wings. (Los insectos, como las abejas tienen seis patas , antenas y alas).
